To address this, the Federal Ministry of Education, with UNICEF’s support, has developed a National Skills Development Framework. This position will help in assessing and enhancing employability skills for senior secondary school students.

1. International Consultant

Scope of Work:

  • Review global, African, and Nigerian evidence on employability skills for senior secondary learners.
  • Develop a model for employability skills development and recommend ways to deliver these skills.
  • Prepare teacher and facilitator training guides and materials for mentoring and career counseling.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Education or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of skills development.
  • At least 8 years of experience in education programming.
  • Excellent communication skills.
